WHAT'S INVOLVED

• Submit a video of the stroke you want analyzed, or arrange for an in person review.
• Get a baseline assessment. 
• Rehab to get out of pain, if needed.
• Reset your system with new alignment and movement through specific drills and soft tissue release.
• Learn new movement patterns until they become automatic.
• Re-submit swimming video after 2-3 weeks to get feedback on progress.
• Follow refined individualized plan.
